The APC has urge the National Assemble to investigate the issue,saying that the National Assemble have the silent concerning the issue.This was the statement from the National Publicity Secretary of the APC in Abuja. Nigeria capital city.
He said that the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja was porous as the Nigerian immigration and Nigeria custom was unable to do there job.And there should be panel set up to investigate what went wrong in the airport that day .
The National secreary also urge president Jonathan to come straight on the said issue. Saying the military equipment and weapons are not bean cake o be purchased in road side.There are accepted protocols for government to purchase military equipment.He explain that United Nationlast year adopted a landmark Arm trade treaty,this is to regulate the international trade conventional weapon to avoid the misused of weapon.
He further says that the South African government have laws to regulate in inflow and out flow of money coming in to the country.So the Nigeria government should not pretend she does not know about this laws.He said if the money was really meant for the government declare it was, the government should have openly declare the cash before sending it to were ever .He said that if Sule Lamido son was convicted for not declaring $50000 dollars , then what stop the government from not declaring $9.3 million dollars.
He further said that the president should clarity him self by answering some of this question about the $9.3 million dollars scandal,Is the money indeed meant to purchase a helicopter as reported, to which arm of government or security force does the money,who appropriated it and for what purpose,why was the money not been pass through the casless policy
