The general manager,Unmissable incentive limited,Kayode Idowu,disclosed the top nominee for the 3rd edition of the Nigeria sport award,the super eagle top goal keeper Vincent Enyeame who is presently the number one in Africa and know as super eagle safe hands.The second on the list is blessing Okagbare,she is one of the Nigeria most successful runner in Nigeria.She have won a lot of media for her country Nigeria.She won two gold media in last commonwealth. The third last on the list is Assisat Oshoala who won silver in the last female world cup.
The general manager further said that the panel had tasking time pruning down the number of nominee for each category.Okagbore Blessing who won 2 gold in the last common wealth game is nominated for the track and flied star of the year and sport women of the year award,Vincent Enyema who done well in the last world cup in Brazil was nominated for the sport man of the year and Asisat Oshoala,who was the most valuable player in the just concluded fifa under 20 women world cup is nominated for the female footballer of the year.
Vincent Enyema was nominated along side with Ogeny,Onazi and Emanuel Eminike for the footballer of the year (male) Blessing Okabare was nominated along side with Ese Brume for the track and field award.Finally Asisat Oshoala was nominated side with Courtney Dike for the sport women of he year.
Other nominee was listed for difference award like sport governor of the year,the Boxing star of the year,the weightlifter award of the year,Administration of the year,special sport person for the year to mension but few.He further said that voting will be open to the public to participate.
