Chris Brown Open up on his own history on domestic violence

Chris Brown open up about his own domestic violence in light of Rice being cut from Baltimore Raven and suspended from the league after a leaked video depicted the player punching his own wife.

Speaking to Mtv Savay Collony on thursday,i will not judge Rice or any body else, because i am not even better than the other man,he said. I am not a perfect person, no one is. I am bound to make mistakes too,but  what matters is how you control and manage your anger in other to go forward.

The R&B and Hip pop star explain that therapy have been helping him to calm down and make him understand how to control his temper and feelings.He regret his action in which he attack his ex singer girl  the friend Rihanna in 2009,in which he was sentence to 5 years probation and 1400 hours community service.

He said that his therapist have been helping him a lot to control his feeling especially the time of his frustration.He said due to his pass life he will not be in the position to judge any one for his or her reckless life.Lastly he said for any one going through his situation or any one dealing with it, will be about choice. It is your choice to control your anger or not
